Using this editor

Turn an outline into a presentation

Start a presentation, add your slide text, and adjust the design using the available controls. Use the slide show view to check the sequence before downloading a PPTX file. A short class presentation or a simple meeting update is a good fit for this editor.

Import slide text, then rebuild the design

PPTX and ODP imports extract editable text from slides. They do not recreate the full original presentation: slide masters, charts, embedded media, animations, and advanced layouts are not preserved. Use an import as a starting point for a new version, rather than expecting an identical copy.

The exported PPTX contains the text and design created in this editor. Open the download in the application you will use to present it, and check line breaks and slide order before your presentation.

Where is the presentation saved?

Slides are processed locally in your browser. Choose Download PPTX to keep a file on your device; browser drafts may be lost when site data is cleared. Keep the original presentation if it contains media or design details you may need later.

Write a longer outline in the Word Editor.
